Tsukiji Fish Market

Tsukiji Fish Market
is the largest fish market in Japan. My brother Sean is in this picture. He's not on a bicycle and he is not wearing rubber overalls. Can you spot him?

The Horizon in Yongin

This is an old picture. From when I lived in Yongin (last year). I just found it, and decided to crop and post it.

Mt. Fuji

While in Japan, my parents, my brother, and I climbed Mt. Fuji. We started around 10PM. We saw the sunrise (on July 28th) near the summit, and made it to the top around 6AM. All in all, it was a difficult, interesting, and altogether wild experience. I took this picture on the hike down.

I Guess I'm Back

I've lived in Korea for almost 22 months now. The last seven or so I have been living and working in a city called Anyang. When I was last posting regularly, I was still relatively new to Korea. I was trying to experience and learn as much as I could and I thought it would be fun to chronicle that experience on this blog. Eventually, I began experiencing more and chronicling less. As I became comfortable living in Korea, I became absorbed in my life here and took less and less time reflecting - and blogging. I made a lot of friends, met a great girl (Alice), traveled around a little, and had a few beers and a couple bottles of Soju along the way.

I recently finished up a two week vacation. I spent a week in Japan with my Mother, Father, and Brother. It was a great trip. I spent another week back in Korea with way too much time on my hands. As I went through all of my pictures from Japan, and the past several months, I got the idea to start blogging again, if only to put up pictures from my life here and my recent travels.

So, that's it. I am hoping to put up several pictures a week. If I can get anybody to start checking this thing again, I would appreciate any comments on the pictures. For those of you who are still interested - Thank You!

Andrew in Limbo

Technically, I am still in Korea - but without work and constantly crashing at friends apartments. It is a very long story that is not yet resolved. Suffice it to say, blog posts should return when I return to work. I do have pictures from the last few months in Korea, as well as Japan and China, that are waiting to be posted...
